Here at Activ8Spain we understand that everyone has their own pace of life and different expectations as to what they want their holiday
to be, so we aim to tailor-make your morning training sessions to your needs while leaving your afternoons and evenings free to fill with whatever experiences appeal to you. We offer two types of holiday, depending on what you want from your time away:
Active Holidays: for an energetic break with the opportunity to improve your existing martial arts techniques, or to learn practical self-defence techniques for which you will be presented with a basic certificate at the end of the course. For experienced Jujitsu practitioners there is the opportunity to train towards grading during your break, and be graded if appropriate. Core and weight training can also be included in your break, and there are plenty of other activities on offer locally to fill your free time. Retreats: more of a focus on relaxing the mind and body, with the inclusion of practices such as yoga, tai chi and meditation. Ideal for those wanting a relaxing holiday and to go home feeling mentally & physically energised. Particularly suitable for those who may have stressful jobs or have recently experienced difficult times - the retreats are perfect to help build confidence through challenging oneself, meditation, self-reflection and discussion workshops, as well as the opportunity to have a variety of holistic treatments to recharge your batteries.
