The compact and economical Thermal Battery
The Triple Solar Thermal Battery is fast, energy-efficient and space-saving. It is combined with the Triple Solar PVT heat pump and replaces the hot water cylinder. Compared to a traditional hot water cylinder, the Thermal Battery is up to four times smaller and therefore fits into any home.

The Triple Solar Thermal Battery contains a material called Phase Change Material (PCM). At a certain temperature, the material changes its form (phase), e.g. from solid to liquid. The PCM is heated by the PVT heat pump. The Thermal Battery stores that heat and can immediately release it at any time to make hot tap water. The battery can infinitely charge and discharge without loss of efficiency.

Hello to all our friends and followers
We hope you had a fantastic restorative festive season and are now ready for the year ahead.
As a business we have taken the time off, to undertake a deep analysis of our business offering.
We have identified some key areas for improvement and rationalization.
Over the coming year we will be introducing a whole range of innovative and new products into our portfolio, whilst dropping some of our poorer performing brands.
We have sourced a range of high quality air source heat pumps, all MCS registered from 3.6kW to 20Kw on single phase and available now, please give us a shout for technical information and sales literature, you won’t be disappointed on price or quality.
We have installed a 14.5kW unit at our HQ to analyse the performance, we are happy to report that currently the unit is performing beyond expectation on a 200-year-old farmhouse, with a COP of 3.2 over the last 2 months, very impressive indeed considering the cold snap we experienced!
Pump groups, headers and low loss headers will also be introduced from Proifil, a well respected and quality manufacturer based in Germany.
We are currently in discussions with a high-quality biomass boiler manufacturer to offer their range of pellet boilers and biomass products into the UK, we need to finalise the emission certification before launch, so watch this space.
A major new part of the offering is the supply of full installation packages for both heat pump and boiler installation, this will reduce the amount of time spent by you on product sourcing and ordering, everything you require, bar the pipe and isolation valves, will be on the pallet, this should also reduce installation time and faffing associated with multiple supply lines.
We are happy to accept schematics and design proposals for contractors or customers and provide a comprehensive quotation with all relevant components covered.
The website will soon be undergoing a refresh so keep an eye out soon for the amends.

Adsorption cooling from Biomass.

Heat stress in bird production is becoming a major issue within the poultry industry.

Heat stress can cause significant loss of crop and is becoming an increasing challenge to producers.

Simply Biomass provide a solution in the use of adsorption chillers from Bryair.

The cooling units range from 11kW to 1200kW and utilise hot water from biomass heating to create a cooling effect.

This cooling qualifies as a process under non domestic RHI guidance and therefore allows the producer to utilise the biomass plant year round, achieving greater returns on their investment through the scheme.
