Are West Suffolk the worst Licensing Authority in the country. Well I think they are.
I don't know anyone who hasn't been affected by the Covid pandemic. I'm no different as I lost 95% of my business literally overnight.
Back in April I applied to re-license my Tourneo bus and my XF Jag but to date West Suffolk have not issued the licenses. Consequently as from 19th July it will be a criminal offence to use either vehicle for Hire and Reward. All the admin and the taxi tests were done over two months ago and the £308 fees paid when requested. I have a large BBLoan about to kick in but no means now to service it but West Suffolk just don't care
