A family business based in Ashby De La Zouch, who over several years have built up a large customer base of happy customers, with both private home owners and letting agencies. As full time maintenance contractors, our aim is to offer our customers a full range of solutio

ns to your maintenance issues. As well as having years of experience working in the private sector, for several years we have worked hand in hand with local letting agencies. In that time we have learned the best way to work with tenants, from arranging quotations to completing the project with as little disruption as possible. From the management of total refurbishment of properties, preparation of properties between rentals to small repairs, we have the skills to complete professional work and provide a team of competent, qualified tradesmen if required. As maintenance contractors we have a large variety of expertise in all aspects of property management in the home, office and garden. Whatever the problem, large or small, we will be more than happy to help.
