APPEARANCE MILESTONE

Todays trip to Moortown Rugby Club sees the 50th 1st XV appearance for Ben Barron AKA “That other winger, Dom’s mate”.

Benedict is another one who without having a chocolate leg would have made double the amount of appearances, and if he was a race horse they’d have put him out of his misery.

He has scored 27 tries for the club in his 50 games which is a great strike rate, and he has kept his pace, as anyone who was at Morley away will testify.

Undoubtedly the worst drinker at the club, usually found fully asleep outside somewhere after 3 beers, it’s been class to have him back in the fold this season and hopefully he’ll add to his try tally today.
