STAIR DAY! another milestone in the loft conversion process, wall and ceiling cut out, stairs made up and fitted, clean down and hover, also a great day for the customers who can go up for the first time and see how much space we have created.
When you have a loft conversion not only do you gain extra space you also get a whole lot more insulation complying to the current building regulations, in other words it’s like putting a big thick woolly hat on your house, and seeing as most just have a thin layer of fluffy stuff up there doing nothing and loosing all the heat from the house the change will be quite noticeable, in most cases turning down the thermostat and keeping those all important energy bills down 👍🏻
