Whilst a holiday in Cornwall may be seen as a classic summer activity, this special county has just as much to offer during the autumn and winter months!

We’ve recently escaped the rain by venturing deep underground on a tour of Carnglaze Cavern, a former slate mine at the edge of Bodmin Moor.

As well as the mine to explore they have plenty of fun activities for the kids.

🐾Dogs are not allowed underground, but are very welcome in all outside areas.

This exquisite house has been built and finished to the highest of standards, with a contemporary and modern feel.
On arrival you are welcomed into the entrance hallway which features floor to ceiling windows, a bespoke handmade staircase leading you to a galleried landing with four double bedrooms.
On the ground floor you will find a cozy cinema room, along with an open plan living area which is divided into three main spaces: the sitting room, dining area and kitchen. This generous space spans the entire width of the house and it includes a breakfast bar, woodburner, and two sets of bifold doors leading out onto the fully enclosed garden. The whole of the downstairs is finished with polished concrete floors, complete with underfloor heating.

This really is the most beautiful home 🏠 😍

Had an amazing visit to Bodmin Jail today. It reopened in 2020 following a multi-million-pound re-development. This historical site uses state-of-the-art technology and the latest theatrical effects, to treat visitors to an immersive and interactive discovery of Cornwall’s most haunting histories.
