An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, driven and committed individual to work with a friendly nanny agency based in London. We are a childcare recruitment business offering a range of additional services to our clients and candidates and have specialised in the placement of childcare solutions for over 15 years. This is a full time/part time position for a recruitment consultant/administrator who will be responsible for nanny placements and administration duties. You will be able to work on their own as well as within a team and have very good written and spoken English. You will be working from your home and in a small team. You will be able to work to a deadline and must be target driven. He or she will have competent PC skills and be experienced in using gmail, Word and Excel. Full training will be provided in all aspects of the position if necessary.
The start date for the position is ASAP
Main Duties & Responsibilities • Manage and develop client relationships. • Deliver a seamless service for all clients. • Marketing to and management of candidates. Essential skills • Sales experience. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Very organised, punctual and experienced providing reports • Experience with database use (Training provided)
Salary is commission based only.
