Freedom Leisure in the Forest of Dean are supporting the Flare campaign, helping keep Gloucestershire safe.
Gloucestershire Constabulary, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, the Hollie Gazzard Trust and Panic Guard have worked together to develop an innovative new smartphone app called Flare.
Flare allows users to anonymously capture incidents of on street harassment, stalking, drink spiking and sexual violence behaviours that are commonly experienced by women and girls in public spaces.

Head to Freedom Leisure Lydney or Freedom leisure Cinderford this month to donate your kit and equipment to children and young people in the area who need it most.

We are taking part in the BBC’s ‘Kit out the Nation’ campaign in partnership with BBC Gloucestershire . The campaign is running until the 2nd October and is hoping to get as many children and teenagers active this school year to help boost their physical health and mental wellbeing.
