Hi my name is Nick Webster and I am an Independent Travel Counsellor specialising in all aspects of travel. I have been involved with travel for over 25 years now and have worked for major airlines at airports across Europe and for the last 9 years I have run my own travel agency with Travel Counsellors. Throughout this time I have built up a passion for travel and have been very lucky to have exp

erienced so many wonderful destinations, both as a couple with my wife and with my family (4 kids). We have travelled to the Maldives, Caribbean, Thailand, Borneo, Malaysia, Orlando and all around Europe from City Breaks to Beach Holidays. As a Travel Counsellor, I am an Independent Travel Agent which means I am not bound to any tour operator or supplier, I only book with who and what I think is right for you. This ensures that you get the experience you expect and deserve. When you book with me and Travel Counsellors it will be 100% financially protected, ATOL protected on all packages and you will also receive the very best care available in the travel industry. I am a big believer in service and this is so important with potential new clients and existing clients. Throughout this Pandemic my clients have felt assured that they can get hold of me 7 days a week, whether its a simple question or something more complex. This was always the case but very much highlighted the importance of booking through a travel professional as opposed to directly with an operator or using an online agency and just becoming a transaction. Booking with me is about the whole package. Its never a thank you for booking, here is your booking reference and have a fab time kind of experience. Its about making sure that you get the personalised experience that I offer. From booking you will have access to our MYTC App which stores all your holiday information and also allows you to make any payments you wish at any time. Nearer to departure time I will check you in online and issue paper tickets in the post a few weeks prior to departure. Additionally everything is stored on MYTC for ease. Its also about informing you of any changes that may occur and crucially being there for you pre departure and whilst away. Should you be half way around the world in a different time zone and an emergency occurs you can contact our 24/7 Duty Office in the UK who can assist in my absence. Its about offering advise, sorting our excursions and experiences you want to do or even booking that special meal in a particular restaurant for a very special occasion. The list is endless! My Story...

Hello and a very warm welcome… My name is Nick Webster and I am a Travel Counsellor based in Derby.

I am coming up to 20 years within the travel industry and my roles have varied from working for airlines at airports all around the UK and abroad to becoming a personal Travel Counsellor back in 2016.

As your Travel Counsellor, you are assured of fantastic service, wider choice of holidays and an easy and enjoyable experience with exceptional aftercare. Travel Counsellors' award-winning technology enables me to work from home which means you can contact me in the day, evenings or weekends and receive prompt responses from me too. It is an advantage that I am not bound to any tour operator and neither do I have sales targets. Therefore, it's all about taking care of you and making sure I find you a perfect holiday/travel arrangements.

I take the personal service to the next level, some of the little things I like to do for my customers are forwarding passport information onto the airline, allocating seats and checking my customers in before they fly where possible and on their return flight too. If it is a special holiday then I will personally inform the hotel prior to arrival to see if they will do anything special for you; not forgetting always being at the end of the phone day or night if you should need me while away. We also have a 24/7 Duty Office that can help with emergencies should you not be able to get hold of me, how is that for peace of mind? All your travel documents are sent by me in the post a few weeks before departure - who else would do all this for you?
