Meet Louise, our inspiring yoga teacher! 🌟🧘‍♀️ Starting her yoga journey with dynamic Hot Yoga in London, Louise found balance through slower practices like Yin yoga. After training in India and moving to Brighton, she discovered the healing power of Yin and now runs her own Yin Teacher Trainings. ✨

As a life coach and Reiki healer, Louise blends yoga philosophy with Chinese Medicine to help you connect with yourself, breathe deeply and find clarity. She teaches Mindful Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga to all levels, guiding you to just be yourself.

Reintroducing our new followers to our wonderful AY team! First up is Felicity, our powerhouse yoga teacher who traded corporate stress for yoga bliss! 🧘‍♀️✨ She found yoga during her marathon and Ironman days, and it changed her life. In 2014, she left the office, traveled the world and started teaching yoga full-time! 🌍✨

Felicity’s mission? To make yoga fun and accessible for everyone, no matter your flexibility! 🧘‍♂️❤️

She’s a true adventurer, having lived in Mexico, hiked in Bhutan, surfed in Sri Lanka, cycled in Japan, and more. She’s conquered Mont Blanc, run six marathon majors, and done 250 skydives. 🚴‍♀️🌄✈️

When she’s not traveling, you’ll find her out walking walking with her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Asha. 🐾
