"We loved the beautiful, relaxed atmosphere throughout the house and the spectacular views of the Mourne Mountains at every turn.

The property is so well equipped- from all the kitchen essentials to doggie blanket for the sofa. All the little touches made our stay so comfortable. No matter the weather, there's something to do for everyone- wether it's a big walk in Tollymore forest, relaxing in the hot tub, or curling up with your favourite book in front of the fire.

Our golden retriever Ahsoka also had the best time- aside from all the great places for walkies near by, it was so nice to be able to let her have a good run/sniff around the garden while we relaxed in the hot tub.

We will definitely come back again in the future and would recommend it to all our friends and family."

Once a double story garage used for storage, is now a cosy Airbnb perfect for a relaxing getaway. 🌅

You are greeted by a unique and quirky bathtub out the front, surrounded by stone with a bed of flowers planted. The bathtub has a long history in our home, having spent 39 years indoors and then 24 years resting in the garden.

We decided to give it a new lease on life and incorporate it into the design. The surrounding stones are from the original pillars of the front gate, which stood there for 50+ years.

The Ivy Bridge in Tollymore Forest is the southernmost of the stone bridges that the Shimna River flows under. 🌊🌲

It dates from 1780!

And it is just a short 10 minute walk from the house...
