What About Me Established in 2009, 'What About Me’ aims to create an environment where children and adults can express themselves creatively through movement and drama.

Established in 2009, 'What About Me Theatre Arts'(WAMTA) aims to create an environment where children can express themselves creatively through dance, drama and music. WAMTA does not operate on a star based system instead it opts to develop every child of every ability to allow them to get the most from the experience whatever performing arts discipline they choose to follow. Having fun, showing r

espect for others, teamwork and self expression are the main aims of WAMTA and children are encouraged to devise their own work from an early stage. And why should the kids have all the fun? WAMTA offers a number of activities for adults too so why not show the kids how it is done!

So I did a Zoom technical run through and hopefully we should be good to go for the week ahead. Not my usual style of class but should keep us moving until we can see each other again!!

These are the classes that will be running this week:

Monday 9 November: 1000-1045 Salsafit (aerobic dance style class to Latin Grooves!!)

Tuesday 10 November: 1830-1915 90s Retro Aerobics (aerobic dance style to 90's vibes!!)

Wednesday 11 November: 1000-1045 Aerotone (a mixture of cardio moves and body conditioning)
1100-1145 Mind and Body (tai chi style warm up, balance, yoga/pilates style stretching and relaxation)
Saturday 14 November: 0900-0945 Salsafit

Class cost:

1 x session = £5
2 x session = £8
All 5 sessions = £15

Booking procedure:
Email me at [email protected] to tell me what you want to book in for and let me know if you are using a class credit or if you are sending payment. I will then request a payment from you via paypal. Once payment is confirmed you are booked in and the day before each session I will email you the zoom link which you click on at the class start time and this allows you to enter the session. (If you are not familiar with zoom it might help to have a play around so you know where your mute button and video button are).
