Looking for the perfect weekend walk?

One of our favourite short walks is the Truro-Malpas circular route.

Starting in the hustle and bustle of Truro city centre, you'll stroll along the River Fal into the peaceful countryside. About halfway, you'll reach the Heron Inn, where you can enjoy a pint before continuing your way back to Truro.

The entire walk is around 10km and takes about 2.5 hour, the perfect afternoon activity.

A week that all Cornwall locals and holidaymakers alike look forward to is the brilliant International Sea Shanty Festival in Falmouth! A weekend full of local food and drink, markets with local businesses, appearances from the Falmouth favourite, Betty Stogs and, of course, an array of Sea Shanty performances from groups like the local Oggy Men and wonderful Fisherman's Friends. The Festival is returning to Falmouth over the 14th-16th June, make sure you don't miss out on one of Falmouth's most popular weekends of the year. 🎶
