Some of our more keen followers may recognise this driveway from a previous post 3 years ago...

The reality is that even the most professional tradesmen can fail at the hands of unfortunate circumstances...
However at Roberts we believe that, it is how you respond to these issues that makes or breaks you as company.

This particular driveway sank in spots, due to soft ground around a drain issue underneath the driveway.

3 years on, we came back to the job, excavated the sunken area, fixed the problem, and resurfaced the entire driveway as a gesture of goodwill, at no extra cost to the customer. 👍

Like brand new again, keeping customers happy 😃
