Well I had a surprise this morning. I conducted a private tour of Corbiere Lighthouse for a Rotary friend Wendy Riley.Not only did we see two beautiful Peregrine Falcons we also met up with four members of The South African Rugby team who had walked out on the causeway to have a look at the lighthouse. They are here in Jersey for a week on a training camp. Great to see them here!. Thanks for coming to Jersey.

Blue Badge Guide Roger Noel had a surprise this morning while conducting a private tour of Corbiere Lighthouse this morning. Not only were we graced with the presence of two Peregrine Falcons but also four members of the South African Rugby team had walked out along the causeway to have a closer look at the lighthouse. They are in Hersey for a week on a training camp. They leave Jersey on Sunday and play Scotland on Saturday week at Murrayfield.

An opportunity not to be missed.

Local Author and Historian and Veteran Paul Burnal will be on duty at the museum over the next few days for anyone who wants to get any of his books signed to give as Christmas Presents. Not only is the museum worth a visit but you can get some of the Christmas shopping done without even going into town and all the hassle that involves.

Our had the privilege of ‘uncovering’ all things over 3 days for a wonderful group from the U.K. They are past masters of a variety of the City of London’s historic guilds, and together with their partners they took a trip through Jersey’s story, from prehistory to the present day. Helping Tracey was the amazing weather which ensured they saw at its absolute best ☀️ These stunning images were taken by the past master of the Worshipful Company of Cutlers.
