I’m just working on a presentation for my client, Thompsons Africa and costed a menu from The Fish Market restaurant, in the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront area of Cape Town, to feature on one of the slides.
Based on today’s exchange rate of R23 to £1, can you guess the cost of the following menu ?

Starter - Tempura Prawns
Main - Kingklip fish fillet with Croquettes
Dessert - Cheescake

Total - £17 per person. A Bottle of Chenin Blanc £8.20 !!

Throw in a view of Table Mountain and a dash of sunshine (It’s Spring in South Africa) and it sounds pretty good, don’t you think?

Both camps are located beside the Limpopo River, in the Kwa Tuli Private Game Reserve, where guests can enjoy day and night game drives and walking safaris in the 6000 hectare concession.
