We host luxury yoga retreats in gorgeous locations in Greece, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Morocco and Egypt. Yoga is at the heart of our retreats, but we also believe you deserve a real holiday. We stay at beautiful 5* hotels on the beach in seaview rooms, with yoga classes twice a day led by superb yoga teachers. We eat and drink what we like, no rules, no strict schedules, and we allow for plenty of

May and June are the perfect months to get away and kickstart your summer with a yoga retreat by the sea – it's already warm and sunny, with fewer crowds and a very relaxed feel 😌.

We've chosen two gorgeous islands for our early summer yoga escapes:

One on the charming island of Menorca in Spain, and another on the trendy island of Mykonos in Greece.

Both have stunning beaches and lovely towns, we know the islands well and we'll be there to show you all of our favorite spots. 🙌

We'll stay in modern seaview rooms at beautiful hotels on the beach, we'll pamper ourselves with massages, have delicious meals at the best restaurants, go sailing and explore the islands, and spend lazy days by the pool.

Before tackling advanced yoga poses, warm up with gentle stretches to increase flexibility and reduce injury risk. Here are some ideal warm-ups:

Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)
Flowing through Cat-Cow warms up the spine, relieving stiffness and preparing for backbends and twists.

Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana)
This hip and quad stretch preps the legs and hip flexors for standing and balancing poses, improving flexibility over time.

Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana)
With feet together, Butterfly opens the hips and stretches the inner thighs, ideal for deeper poses like Pigeon.

Starting with these stretches creates a strong foundation for safe, deeper practice.

We believe that combining wonderful yoga classes, a bit of 5* pampering and delicious meals is the perfect holiday – and that’s what makes us different. Top-quality yoga classes are at the core of our trips, but we also make sure you enjoy the holiday part as much as the yoga part. We practice yoga twice a day by the sea with stunning views, discover new cultures and traditions, enjoy delicious healthy meals without any rules, and a nice glass of wine. We help organize day trips and dinners, but everything is optional. And the yoga is fantastic - our teachers are from top-quality yoga studios and will modify classes for all levels.
