Serves as executive officer of the division by expanding Kiwanis’ reach through the opening of new

Serves as a leader in the district by expanding Kiwanis’ reach through the Opening of new Kiwanis clubs and helping clubs improve the value of the club experience. Support the goals of the district.
• Be accountable for meeting the membership growth goals for the division. Drive membership growth in the district specifically by focusing on the opening of new Kiwanis clubs and assisting current clu

bs in recruitment and retention efforts.
• Ensure that the club experience is attractive to new and existing members.
• Invest time and resources in those clubs with the potential for the greatest return.
• Evaluate, coach, support and provide positive reinforcement to Kiwanis clubs in the division.
• Coordinate assistance by communicating with TAG or district growth team members, district board and Kiwanis International. Serve as a leader in the district by communicating the vision/messages of Kiwanis International and the district to the clubs and motivating the members to action.
• Ensure participation in club leadership education sessions.
• Speak on behalf of the district and prepare messages that are positive, personal and passionate.
• Communicate regularly with club presidents. Provide opportunities to meet face to face by

• Support succession planning by ensuring a seamless transition among preceding, current and succeeding administrations.

If you are enjoying the Jubilee celebrations then you will like the Stamford Parade happening next month: Saturday 2nd July 2022.

Put the date in your diary and plan a great afternoon.

The theme of the parade this year is, of course: The Queen’s JubileeThe Stamford Recreation Ground hosts activities all Saturday afternoon and the Parade around town starts at about 2 pm.

You will see floats, walking groups, and decorated vehicles all led by the Stamford Town Brass Band as they are judged by the experts outside Browns Hospital.

Come along to show your support for the parade and be part of your local community. The event starts at the Recreation Ground playing field at 1 pm where there will be a children's funfair, stalls, Pimms tent, and a display arena with all sorts of activities through the afternoon.

Attendance is free, we welcome donations to the Stamford Kiwanis Community Fund, 100% goes towards local charities that do some great work.

This event is fundraising for Orphans Kids Orphan Kids, Maternal Mothers' health and babies in The Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa. The projects create a safe haven for vulnerable children that create security and stability, including street children, survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
