An iconic Mediterranean voyage

It's International Women's Day

For me, international women's day is a day to recognise the wonderful work that us women do, both in business and in our personal lives. It is also a chance for me to be thankful that my daughters have the hugely good fortune to grow up in this country. In a society where, for the most part, they will be rewarded for their abilities rather than held back for their gender. I know that for many women across the world, this is not the case and I hope that our future generations will be able to end the repression of women for good.

As a mum to two amazing girls, I hope that from me they learn to be brave, be curious, be fearless, stand out, speak up for themselves and for others who might not be able to and to never ever let anyone tell them they can't achieve their dreams.

It is this generation of young women who will change the world for the better. I hope.
