General Manager for The Richardson Hotel Group!

The Richardson Hotel Group, overseeing three premier hotels in Torquay and Exmouth, is seeking an experienced General Manager. Lead our iconic properties, including The Grand Hotel, with stunning bay views, top-notch event spaces, and exceptional leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of three hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Manage Rooms Division and Food & Beverage sales & operations
Drive revenue, control costs, and maximize financial efficiency
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Requirements:

2-3 years in a similar role
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
