“Christmas in a Glass” coined by one of our guests! ✨🎄 Steph’s delightful dessert, featured in our recent tour menu, made up of layers of stewed spiced apples, cinnamon-spiced carrot cake crumble, and a touch of orange zest whipped cream. Festive flavours to the max! 🫚🍎 The PERFECT & QUICK festive dessert! Simply…. 1. Swap out the carrot cake for left over Christmas cake or pudding 2. Whip up some cream with orange zest 3. Stew those apples you have laying about with a pinch of cinnamon and a knob of butter (let cool) 4.
