Our Story

Santa's Lapland offers three and four day package holidays to meet Santa Claus in his home. The trips are authentic in style, offering a true Lappish experience in the Saariselkä wilderness in northern Lapland, as well as unforgettable itineraries including:

Meeting with Santa Santa’s Lapland guarantees you a private family meeting with Santa Claus in his log-cabin home deep in the snow covered forest, complete with cheeky elves, a decorated Christmas tree and log-burning fire.

Reindeer Sleigh Ride With Santa’s Magic you will enjoy a magical ride through the snowy winter woods to get a real feel for this traditional Lapland experience. Your Sami guide will be happy to tell you the reindeer names and allow you take photographs of him in his native costume. Santa's Aurora, your Reindeer will be a magical journey in search of Santa himself!

Husky Sled Ride If you book with either of our packages, it includes your very own husky sled ride. The sled is drawn by 4 or 5 eager huskies and each parent has the opportunity to drive if they wish. Children nestle in the sled and the adrenaline-packed ride through the woods and over the snow-covered fells begins.
