Two stunning carp fishing lakes, situated on a 20 acre plot of land in the unspoilt Champagne countryside, France. Making it a perfect runs water.

We offer a peaceful fishing experience set in beautiful surroundings. Run by a keen angler for keen anglers we are confident that we can cater to all of your carp fishing needs. Napoleon 1

Opened in April 2010, this stunning 9 acre lake is in the shape of a long bowing arch with an average depth of 12 feet. We believe this lake will ideally suit the angler that feels a little lost in open water,

as our snaggy, over hanging trees, shrubs, gullies and margins are at a sensible casting distance. There are 4 double swims strategically placed around the lake mainly on one bank for the use of a maximum of 6 anglers fishing in pairs. Each designated swim is mulch lined & comes with full use of its own weigh station consisting of weigh post, euro unhooking mat & weigh sling, along with a timber constructed gazebo complete with bench table and cooking area. All of the swims have electrical points for charging mobiles, bait boats, DVD players and other small voltage electrical items an angler may need to bring. We also have push bikes at each swim for the toilet & bait runs. Fish stocks consist of 2 tonne of Royal Strain Carp from 11 to 25 kg (24lb to 55lb) with many of these fish in the 30lb+ bracket. There is an original stock which at this point its numbers and correct sizes are not completely known to us. You are able to drive up to your swims, with full use of on site toilets and showers. Open in March 2011 we have a 3.5 acre lake, with an average depths of 7 feet. There are two double swims and a single swim; there is one large timber gazebo with electric points (for use of bait boat batteries, mobile phones and small voltage electrical items) bench table, cooking area, to share. Like Napoleon 1 each swim has its own weigh station consisting of weigh post, weigh sling, euro unhooking mat and a push bike for toilet and bait runs. Fish stock consists of 1.75 tonne of Royal Strain Carp up to 22 kg. (48lb), stocked with lots of 20 s and 30s, plus unknown original stock. More stocking plan for 2012. If you fancy a break from the rods/hauling there is also a large timber constructed gazebo situated between the two lakes complete with BBQ area for the ideal holiday get together social. Here at Napoleon Lakes we have bait boats for hire, plus food and bait packages, which are also available upon request via our booking page or e-mail us for more information.
