Well-being Window in work, an hour to help with stress, so I used it to have a run up Pen-y-Fan and Corn Du. It didn’t help my stress that a bloke on the top of Corn Du, in thick fog, asked where the plaque things was to have a photo! I told him he was on the wrong mountain and pointed him in the right direction 😆.

After going away last week with my little adventure buddy to Gower, I was keen to get back as soon as possible with the MTB.

Kate asked me to vacate the house so she could have a night out and some friends to stay. So I came back.

It’s been wet, cold, windy and challenging at times, but wow, what a place to MTB. Two days and two routes completed.

It was so good, I even stayed an extra night!

It’s that’s time again!

Heading off to Malawi to Mountain Bike 500km across the shores of Lake Malawi with a bunch of intrepid adventures from the charity Transaid.

I’m taking Bryn along on the adventure to show him the sights of Africa.

I’m so excited I could explode 💥

Just to let you all know, today at 13:30 me and my team completed the ‘Chemin de la Libertie’ from ‘St Giron’ in France, over the Pyranees to ‘Pont a Rosa’ in Spain and then turned around and came back (normally a 5 day trip one way).

The whole trip was completed in a staggering 4.5 days! From what we can see, this hasn’t been done before.

I’m absolutely over the moon it’s done and am pretty exhausted.

Time for a beer!

If you could spare a little bit of money for Brecon MRT to make this whole grizzly experience worth it I would be hugely grateful!
