Willow Nannies is a small, friendly approachable nanny agency based in London, providing a personal and bespoke service to both families and candidates alike. Willow is owned and run by Lizzie Petersen who has been both a nanny and maternity nurse for 10 years. Lizzie draws on this experience to provide invaluable and flexible support, to the parents, nannies and maternity nurses, making the whole

recruiting process as easy a possible. With her first child born in June 2012, Lizzie can appreciate just how hard it is to find that perfect person to look after your child. Lizzie does a careful and thorough check on every candidate interviewed and aims for a perfect match first time! Willow understands how important it is to find someone who you completely trust and so all our maternity nurses draw on their knowledge and experience to best develop your baby's individual needs and to help bring up a content and happy little baby while all the time offering expertise in a straightforward and knowledgeable manner but at the same time being sensitive to new mums and the way they want to do things. NANNIES:
All our candidates are thoroughly interviewed and screened ensuring they hold the relevant qualifications and/or experience as well as providing proof that they are eligible to stay and work here in the UK or overseas and have, or are in the process of getting, a first aid certificate and CRB check. Our candidates must be fluent in English and reflect the values and qualities which Willow knows parents rely on when is comes to finding their perfect childcare solution. We aim to only take on candidates who are experienced, hardworking, reliable, honest and unflappable and most importantly can provide a kind, nurturing, stimulating environment, which your children can thrive in. Full Time - Live-in Nanny - 9 Week Old Baby - New York

A lovely, professional family are looking for a full-time live-in Nanny, Monday – Friday, 8am – 7pm. The role is based in New York, starting ASAP, however the family are able to wait an extra couple of weeks for the right candidate.
The family have a lovely 9-week-old baby girl. They split their time between New York and Miami however the nanny will be based in Mid Town Upper East Side, New York most of the time. The parent will return to Miami most weekends so the nanny will have the flat to herself.
Mum has a very busy job, she is looking for a nanny who is extremely professional, conscientious, practical and intuitive, who will love the little girl and take great care of her. A nanny who is organised, has plenty of baby experience (the family follow a baby led routine for the moment as the baby is super easy and in a great routine) and someone who has lots of commonsense and autonomy.
The family travel back to the UK and Europe a couple of times a year and would love the nanny to join them but this is not a deal breaker, also a driver is not essential but more of a bonus.
The accommodation will consist of bedroom and own bathroom in the family’s apartment.
The family have a little Beagle who is based in Miami.

A super lovely family are looking for a nanny for their gorgeous 2.5 year old (3 years in October).
The family are looking for a nanny either Monday - Thursday OR Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm each day and they are currently based in Islington but do plan to move to Notting Hill in 6-12 months.
The family are looking for a long term nanny who can grow with them. They are looking for someone kind, warm, loving, with a more gentle approach. They are looking for someone to set boundaries and love the Montessori approach.
Both parents are currently working from home but the father does intend on returning to work or working a day or two from home. The mum either works from home or from an office space. The role is sole charge and they are looking for someone who can create a loving and fun environment for their little boy to grow and thrive in.
The little boy will be attending nursery every afternoon and the nanny will be required to drive to do pick ups and drop offs.
They have a cleaner but would love the nanny to be able to tidy up a little during the day (ie: do a family wash, unstack a dishwasher, tidy kitchen after use etc).
They have a home in Suffolk and if the nanny wanted any weekend work, they would be happy to offer that but it is definitely not an expectation.
Experience with babies is ideal as they do hope to add to the family. They have no pets and have a car for the nanny to use (auto).
A driver is essential and also someone who is open to travel as mum is a travel writer and may (not certain yet) be required to travel to places to work and if the nanny was up for coming along then that would be ideal.

This is such a lovely role and an Sep/October start ideal.

A lovely, warm, down to earth family are looking for a nanny four days per week to start with them ASAP on a permanent basis. The role would be looking after an 12 month old on a shared care basis as mum does not plan on returning to work at the moment although may do so further down the track.
The family are looking for four days per week, Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6.30pm.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is proactive, has a loving and warm energy, educationally and developmentally focussed as well as someone who is organised, gentle in their approach and experienced. A maternal, experienced, warm and calm person will fit in well. They are definitely on the more gentle side of parenting so someone who is also gentle minded a must.
The family are looking for someone who they can learn from but also wants someone who is a team player and someone who is able to provide their son with a fun and engaging environment.
The role is to start ASAP and the family are based in Teddington, TW11 8NE.
