After long deliberation, I have decided not to continue trading with the new company and so will be closing this page down.
I do still have some stock left over if anyone wants to have a browse....but I won't be holding any more sales as such.

I am still in the throes of putting together my final orders from the last few days of Phoenix Trading.
Some of you will now have received your goodies and others will still be waiting - but please be assured that staff at HO are working all out to get the last few bits and pieces cleared and out to everyone who has been waiting so patiently.

I am now also able to share with you, some positive and exciting news!

The Phoenix has almost risen from the ashes....well, it is, instead, giving birth to a Flamingo!

I am delighted to announce that I may have the opportunity to continue selling beautiful cards and stationery with a reincarnation of the business called "Flamingo Paperie".

More details will follow shortly - but for the meantime, here is a glimpse of the new company logo and if you would like to remain in touch and find out about offers and products, please let me know and I will add you to my new Flamingo Paperie Customer Club.

First stock order now arrived and customer orders being delivered this week.

Please be aware though, that this stock order was placed on the 3rd August - which means that HO are currently taking up to 3 weeks to get orders processed and delivered.

If you have placed an order with me after this date and/or haven't heard from me already this week, then your orders will have been included in my final stock order placed on the 15th August.

I will be expecting this still to take a couple of weeks to get to me.

Apologies again for the length of delivery times and thank you all so much for your continued patience :)

Following on from yesterday's announcement....

Thank you so much to those of you who have already placed an order - the sites have been overwhelmed with visitors and as such it has been tricky to get orders through.

If you tried yesterday and didn't manage it - please try again today as traffic is a little lighter now.

For those who have placed orders already - I will be doing an extra stock order tonight as stock is literally flying out and many items are becoming swiftly out of stock.
It is very difficult as you can imagine, at the moment, for HO to fully keep up with updating our websites.
This will ensure I can fulfil as much as possible so far.

Please remember that ALL stock must go and as such ALL items are included in the 20% discount

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The time has come and I feel that I must share some sad news with you all.
After a very difficult year for the Directors, who have tried so hard to keep things going, sadly, the doors will shortly be closing at Phoenix Trading.

I want to thank every single one of you for supporting me and my business over the last 6 or so years. I have made many new friends and had some great times sharing my beautiful product with you all.

There is still a limited stock available and as many of you often return to stock up for Birthdays and Christmas, I thought that I'd share with you that the company are offering us two final weeks to clear through stock and give us the chance to stock up on our favourite designs.

FROM TODAY (Wednesday 2nd) UNTIL 15TH AUGUST there will be a 20% discount on all sales made direct to me or through my website - www.phoenix-trading.co.uk/web/sonjacharters
I will be placing my final ever stock order on the afternoon of the 15th August.

I will also be arranging a "last chance to buy Coffee Morning/Wine Evening" in the coming weeks for my local customers so keep an eye out for the date.

I do still have some stock remaining at home so will continue to offer my basket hosts a service until this stock is used up.
If you would like to host a basket or would just like to come over and browse and buy, just give me a shout and you would be most welcome to pop over for a coffee and chat while you shop.

Wishing all my lovely customers a very Happy Easter.
I hope that you have been relaxing today with family and that there was at least some chocolate involved.

I will be placing my April order tomorrow evening (Monday 17th) - so if you would like anything adding, please have a browse this evening or tomorrow and get your orders to me, in the usual ways, by 6pm.
Delivery will be around 10 days, so think ahead for any events coming up and stock up for over the next few months.

In a bid to promote the mental and physical "feel good factor" of sending cards, I have been challenged to sell 30 packs of "Just Because..." cards by next Sunday evening. These will be mixed packs of 5 cards at just £7 a pack....a saving of 20%

What better reason to send someone a card than "Just because..."??

In just under 2 weeks it will all be over for another year :)
But in the meantime, I, like you, am busy writing cards, posting, delivering and frantically wrapping!
Don't forget, if you have under-estimated and you run out of anything, give me a quick shout and come over and have a rummage in the little stock I have left this year.
Still some nice rolls of wrap and card packs, not to mention a few lovely gift ideas to fill corners of a stocking or for the unexpected visitor over the festive period.

Most of you have placed - and many received your orders already, but those who haven't, don't miss out on choosing from the whole range.....although some items are already sold out.

If you would like me to add your goodies to my order, please could you let me know by 10am tomorrow and delivery will be within 10 days.

It's that time of year again and I am currently thinking about sorting out my children's end of year gifts for their teachers.
If you are also getting organised - why not choose some of my gorgeous wrap and tags or a lovely alternative is to wrap with tissue paper and patterned cellophane.
I have various wrap and most colours of tissue in stock but am down to my last few rolls of cello - if you would like to grab some - give me a shout and pop round for a coffee and a browse.
