Caisteal Liath Chalets Quality self-catering accommodation with stunning sea-loch and majestic mountain views, located in the quiet crofting community of Baddidarrach, Lochinver.

Set in their own well kept grounds on the northern side of Lochinver Bay and yet they are only a short walk away to the village centre for all local amenities.. They are very well appointed, fully equipped and comfortably furnished with all modern conveniences making each property an ideal 'home from home'. Each has a 32" flat screen colour t.v. with freesat, dvd player, video recorder, ipod docki

ng station and free wi-fi access for enabled laptops. Kitchens have a fully fitted kitchen and are fully equipped with full size dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, washing machine/tumble dryer, freezer, refigerator, microwave and coffee making machine. Our one bedroom chalet has a king size double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and has a large shower room with walk in rainfall shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. There is also a whirlpool bath hot tub on the balcony. The two bedroom chalets have one double and one twin bedroom, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and has a shower-room. Each chalet has a private balcony with patio table and chairs to sit out on and admire the stunning scenery.

A lovely Sunday drive over to the east coast to spend the day at Dunrobin Castle and gardens. Excellent coffee shop and gift shop inside the castle and then a really informative falconry display in the castle grounds. The museum also stands in the garden grounds and all are included in the entry fee.

A stop at The Pier restaurant in Lairg on the way home was a must. A beautiful restaurant overlooking Loch Shin with delicious Sunday roast on the menu and homemade cheesecakes for dessert 😋
