Ten members of the Oasis Travel family have been impacted by pancreatic cancer. In memory of those we miss and for those who can’t, we will be going the extra mile for Nipanc during #PedalThePeriphery 2024.
Our Managing Director, Sandra, explains our involvement in the event which sees us cycle 480 miles in 48 hours on the weekend of June 7th to 9th in memory of her brother, Gary Corkin, our former Financial Director, who died of the illness aged 62.
A team of mixed ability, #TeamOasis want to ‘push themselves’ beyond their comfort zone and take on the epic relay endurance event to raise awareness of the symptoms of the disease.
