Here is a great game to play with the small people in your life.
Hours was wiled away, lots of shouts, they made up their own course in the end, a stop watch was used to time eaxh other and it was a lovely way to spend a cold and windy afternoon.

Toe-Ga
Have you tried having a game of toe-ga? This is a brilliant mindfulness game. Also great for stretching out little toes 😍
Who likes to play this game? It's amazing for kids because the rolling action feeds into their vestibular system which helps with balance and co-ordination. It's also a heap of fun.
You can also roll your child up in the mat and do a short relaxation with them too as it can create a feeling of being snug as a bug.
