A quick pre-season ride up to the Mustang Valley to check out the roads etc before upcoming tours. Lucky with the weather in Monsoon season, but couldn't see the high peaks (like Annapurna) due to the cloud base. Should be spangly-clear when we run the tours 😁🇳🇵🏔

Yesterday we entered Spiti Valley. Travelled from Kalpa through Tabo and today we arrived in Kibber. Extraordinary, stunning landscapes the whole way.
Arrived tired, covered in dust but who cares 😀

Day one of the Cape Classic Tour. The morning spent carving through stunning mountains and valleys of the Langkloof and the afternoon in the mountainous semi-desert of the Klein Karoo. Finished off with a beer by the pool. What a day 😍

Andrew Newey visited Zanskar, a hard-to-reach Himalayan valley region in northern India. He says that accessing it in winter is 'extremely difficult' - but notes it's a 'magical' place.
