For anyone wishing to pay there respects to chrissie. Your more than welcome to join us at camelon crematorium 10am on the 29th august. Then to muiravonside cemetery thereafter to the clairmont in polmont. There will be a coach running from the crematorium and returning back after the clairmont.

It's with heavy hearts from derek and derek jnr to announce the passing of Christina dewar (chrissie). Chrissie passed away peacefully in her sleep at her care home on the 9th August at the age of 93. She was a loved mother, gran and great gran and she will be sadly missed by us all. Chrissie was a special woman to a lot of us that knew her She was an idol to look upto and we were all so proud of what she managed to achieve in her life Chrissie was a wonderful business woman especially in generation and a time where business was seen as a man's world and she was respected by everyone starting off as a conductress on the busses she then decided to purchase her first coach and run the first circular in Falkirk. She began to grow the business from there to what we all no it is today. Many would have travelled with her on her bingo bus or a trip to Blackpool over the years she loved a coach trip where she would get a game of bingo along the way. Chrissie loved anything to do with coaches she was involved till the grand age of 87 until unfortunately dementia started taking effect. We will love and miss you forever you're in no more pain and we know you will be up there with your lassie Irene hope yous get the bingo books and dabber ready for a game when we meet again.

We have been abit quiet on here recently it’s been a busy few month for the dewars team. It’s good to get out on the road. Our fantastic drivers have been getting some good snaps of the coaches and some appreciation for our mechanic Alan the man that helps keep the wheels turning. Well done guys keep up the hard work. Dewars team 🚌🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Happy birthday to Christina dewar (the founder) of dewar coaches 🥳
As we have just purchased our first disabled access coach Chrissie had the pleasure of being the first passenger to use it for a wee birthday journey hoping to bring back some good memories. Unfortunately it was not to club3000 for a game of bingo.

• Valid PCV licence
• Valid Drivers Qualification Card
