This made me tear up 😭 Customer going away on Tuesday, I asked for their passports so I could check them in. On that same phone call (about an hour away), mentioned to me they’re going to Cologne for the Xmas markets & they’ve now just had a quote from me. Central hotel, walking distance to the centre, transfers included (let’s be honest city breaks can be a pain when you’ve got to sort trains/taxis etc when you get off the flight), perfect flight times to maximise their weekend & as there’s 5 of them the room situation has to be spot on too 👌🏾 People don’t realise but there’s so many variables when going away, that’s why you use a travel agent, let me take the headache away - I do this day in day out 🙏🏾🩵
