Without a doubt, the greatest achievement of my life to date.The photos are grainy, but they are getting on a bit now! Still, they envoke some of the best memories I’ve ever made.Breath taking just doesn’t cut it. Traversing 5 completely different terrains, taking in the view above the cloud line, seeing the curvature of the Earth and pushing yourself to places you didn’t even know you had in you. Watch til the end for tears of exhaustion and joy, seemingly impossible glaciers 5895m in the sky and of course the obligatory summit snaps. I was incredibly lucky to climb #mountkilimanjaro in 2010 with my best friend and a small group who became great travel buddies. We celebrated our achievement in style with a 3 day Tanzanian safari, followed by 2 weeks of pure paradise in Zanzibar. Looking for a bit of adventure in your travels?
