At home we’d definitely go for a green or red curry. But here in Thailand these dishes have been on repeat! Especially Tom Yum Fried Rice 🌶️ for Rik. And Khao Soi (a bit like laksa)🥥 for Gil.

Would you get in a driverless car? Phoenix is one of the test cities for Waymo driverless cars. We spotted this one on our very first Uber ride in the city. Very Knightrider vibes!
