This swimming pool is in Chur, Switzerland. Some local hotels will give you a tourist card that gives you access to either free or reduced price transport and activities, and given how expensive Switzerland is this is a great deal!
The tourist card gave us free use of the local buses and free access to this swimming pool!
The pool is a 10 minute bus ride from the centre of town. You need to take bus number 2 from the train station and take it to Hallenbad Obere Au (also the name of the swimming pool).
There are changing rooms with lockers and toilets and the park also has picnic and bbq facilities.
At the same location there is also an indoor pool with slide that is free with the tourist card too!

We only had 2 nights in Strasbourg but you could definitely spend longer here. Thereโs so much to see and small alleys to walk down that lead to another street of gorgeous buildings.

When you arrive in Thun you might wonder why so many people are walking around town in their swim wear, well this is why! Jump in up stream (or go down the steps) and drift down stream, walk back up through town and do it all again!

In 6 weeks time me and the child are leaving to go backpacking around Europe for the summer! I am beyond excited.

How much things cost when we get to our destination is sometimes hard to find out so hereโs some info on the area of Parga, Greece for you!
2 sun beds and an umbrella on the beach is โฌ10-โฌ15 euros for the day, although if you go early in the season like we did they are quite often free ๐ or just cost you a drink from the bar or a bowl of chips which was โฌ4.50.
If youโre driving from Preveza airport to Parga thereโs a toll road that costs โฌ3 each way. They take cash or card (at the time of writing!)
The water taxi from Parga around to Valtos Beach costs โฌ3pp. There was no child discount for our 7 year old.
To hire a small self drive motorboat was โฌ100 for 6 hours, 10.30am - 4.30pm.
If you want to eat out for cheap grab yourself a gyros for โฌ3.50!
