Needless to say phone lines aren’t working either and D&K’s work mobile is in the shop meaning it is out of action. A Claddagh Ring is a wonderful Gift; it's a timeless symbol of love, loyalty and friendship. In the shop we often chat with customers about how we all remember going shopping with a loved one to choose something 'really special'. We recall with fondness and nostalgia what the occasion was, who was with us (Parents, Grandparents, siblings, partner...) and most importantly how special that time together was. πŸ’• It was time taken from a busy schedule just for us, a 'wee outing' and everytime we look at that piece of jewellery we are reminded of it all. Memories, are what make a piece of jewellery that extra bit special, whether it is being surprised by a gift from a loved one (who has went out of their comfort zone and into a jewellers) or whether it was a special outing to choose jewellery with a loved one. On those occasions we are given a Gift of Love. πŸ’ In life's ever busy world these moments are so precious.
