Our dogs recently searched this grand Georgian house in Kent as a part of a pre-purchase survey.

They are able to detect in areas your building surveyor can't see so as a team we are able to offer a higher level of service than a traditional survey alone.

Our work is non-destructive meaning there's no problems for the vendor.

Here's a recent find from one of our dry rot detection dogs. The initial indication was at the side of a toilet. When investigated, dry rot was discovered behind the marble and between 2 layers of plastic membrane.

Another fantastic find by Meg, preventing further damage to this historic building.

Here's some pictures and a video from a recent workshop we ran for K9 Brain Training on 'The Operational Search'. We were impressed with the dedicated group of handlers training their dog for competitive nose-work. Hopefully all dog and handler teams went away with some useful new skills to work more efficiently as a team.

Our dogs recently searched this listed building in London for dry rot. The historic building specialist who carried out the orignal survey recommended out services to give the gold standard of checks for such an important building. We can check where the surveyor can't see.

This week our dogs have been over the Irish sea to Belfast to assist Rentokil with a search at one of Belfast's oldest libraries. Pictured is Meg with one of the finds she made (pictured after exposure work). You can see the dry rot that was hidden beneath the floorboards.
