Having previously worked within Thomas Cook, running the store’s ’Luxury Lounge’, and Co-Op Travel during her significant career in travel, Amanda brings a wealth of destination knowledge and travel expertise.

I’m delighted to have booked an Alaska Cruise for one of my regular couples.

They’ll be enjoying the beautiful Jumeirah Maldives on Olhahali Island, staying in their very own Two Bedroom Beach Residence. It was my pleasure to secure a romantic break for one of my top clients to stay at the very exclusive Royal Mansour in Marrakech.

Frequented by royalty, presidents and celebrities, this incredible property is home to private riads each with their own private butler.

They were fast tracked through immigration, collected by their private Bentley and driven to their private riad where they could relax in pure luxury. Their butler waited on them at every moment, whether in their living room or around the private plunge pool on their terrace.

You may recognise the hotel from featuring on Beyond The Lobby.

YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED? ✈️
Not to worry… I’m here for you and will take care of it so you don’t have to lift a finger.

That’s what happened to one of my clients at 10pm last night due to an aircraft not being deemed fit to fly. I was on the phone with them late last night reassuring them. Where else could you get that service on a Sunday night?

I rebooked them onto the next available flight, informed their hotels of the delay and secured an extra hotel for them for when they arrive into Vegas. All whilst my client didn’t have to worry or wait in long call centre queues. Instead they’ve checked themselves into a spa hotel to enjoy whilst they await their new flight.

So if you don’t book with me… why not?

Staying at the beautiful 5* Cap Vermell Grand Hotel in the upmarket area of Canyamel, they’ll be situated a short distance away from the rural authentic town of Arta along with the coastal town of Capdepera.

HELLO FROM MAURITIUS! 🏝️ 🇲🇺
As many of you lovely customers and followers may know, I’m enjoying a couple of weeks on my favourite tropical island. More info on where I’ve been staying & what I’ve been up to coming soon.

However… life always likes to keep things interesting, and today of course it seems most of the aviation industry has shut down with the IT outages worldwide.

With that, I’ve been in touch with all my clients due to travel in the next few days to reassure them and offer guidance on what might happen should their impending travel be affected.

Whilst I’m out of the country, I’ve been fabulously supported by my ever-expanding team. Notably the awesome Karen Davies & Sarah Rushforth heading up my Concierge Service to ensure the smooth-running of our customer’s holidays. The lovely Cate At OutofthisWorld has also been a real help!
