On our last night on our booze-free trip to Tarifa, we had dinner at drinks at sunset at the beautiful @gaiabeachclub
As we sat outside on the terrace overlooking the glistening sun setting on the rolling waves, we reminisced about the last few days together. Anyone would have thought that we were a group of old friends.
Ever since our first trip in 2019, it always struck me how much the group bonded. It was something that I'd never expected, at least to that extent. Upon reflection it seemed that not only did people bond because of their similar experiences surrounding booze but also because they had tried something new and challenging together. There's a shared vulnerability which brings people closer to one another.
Almost a week later, and I'm super happy to see the WhatsApp group still going strong with rumours of a reunion already. Here's to hangover-free holidays, unforgettable memories and friends for life 🧡
And we're sold out! We suspected the booze-free trip with @better_life_guy was going to be a hit and we were right! 💃
With almost 10 weeks to go, we absolutely can not wait to meet all 13 of our Lucid Travellers and share some unforgettable memories together 💥.
Plus, we've got more goodies up our sleeve including a prize giveaway for one of our Tarifa peeps. Stay tuned! 😍

Here's an update to let you know that we're still ticking along and passionate as ever about creating booze-free experiences!
Small business owners, the pieces of the puzzle already exist. The trick is finding them and putting then together. Remaining calm is invaluable to making intuitive decisions at this time. How do you remain calm? Refrain from watching the news and reading stories about the virus every two minutes.
What do booze-free people do with all their free time?
A friend asked me last night, “isn’t it a bit of a shame that you’re seeing in the New Year alone?” It was 10pm and I’d just arrived back to my Airbnb after dinner with friends. I was tucked up in bed with a cup of chamonile tea and a chocolate bar.
As I was about to reply by telling him no, I asked myself honestly, “Does this situation make me feel bad?” The truth is that I couldn’t have felt better doing what I was doing in that moment....snug as a bug knowing that the next day, I would be up fresh and early for a stroll on the beach with some awesome strangers from the @welovelucid event.
AND as if that wasn’t enough confirmation, I had the absolute pleasure of seeing these beautiful swans fly overhead as I went for a walk along the canal this morning!
I wouldn’t have changed ANY of this for a boozy night out on the town.
Forever grateful 🙏
There’s nothing better than cooling down in the river after a beautiful summer hike! 😊😊😊
The perfect end to Day 2 on We Love Lucid’s alcohol-free trip. Dinner with a view 🌄🌎❤️. Here’s to another epic day tomorrow!
We couldn’t believe our luck when we stumbled up on this herd of mountain goats during our hike this morning. It added to an already awesome experience. Now for the traditional goat’s cheese making tomorrow. The goat theme is purely coincidental, I swear! ❤️🌎👊
I took this video just before our full moon kayak on the last night of We Love Lucid’s very first trip. This place is magical beyond words. ❤️ Come and experience it for yourself ! Our next booze-free trip is on 17th-21st July 👊🌎🌸
