A day at Waikiki beach. We took a taxi from the port for $25 thank god we did as apparently it was just a short walk away 😂.
We found a spot to settle in the beach. Brad was highly amused as I tried to enter and exit the sea with the waves and sharp shells along the waters edge (tip - take those shoes you can wear in the water- although they are not very glamorous 😜)
We spent the day people watching and then relocated to Dukes at the Outrigger hotel on the beachfront to enjoy sunset, food and cocktails -
We then took a walk along the Waikiki streets trying to get a taxi and boarded the ship for our 11 pm departure. A fantastic day.!

Oahu - our final Hawaiian island. We docked at 7am and I booked us to go to Pearl Harbour for 830 am pick up. We wanted to make the most of our day.
It proved to be peaceful and sombre as many of the people visiting were paying their respects to relatives.
A fitting memorial to all those that lost their lives that day.
