Oh, how I miss these beautiful views at A Creba Private Island in Galicia, Spain. A fabulous mix of Celtic and Iberian traditions. A land of seafarers blending maritime history with one of the epicentres of the Catholic Church, in Santiago de Compostela. Wine making, haute cuisine, history, culture - this corner of Spain has something for everyone. Sun terraces and pools on the island in the summer and log fires wild seas to enjoy in the winter. Just simply the best time in Galicia with my people. I am so fortunate to have been able to share A Creba Private Island and all these moments from Galicia with my friends. In addition to the main hotel they also have villas, both on property and in satellite locations - this particular property, only 5 minutes from the hotel, particularly blew me away. Memories of in Portugal. Lovely family resort in the summer and a year round sunny spot for romantic trips outside of school holidays. Beautiful landscaping, 11 restaurants including a beautifully authentic Portuguese restaurant as well as a 2 star Michelin offering “Atlantico”. Something for everyone!
