Here’s the process:

1️⃣ When you get in touch with me I take the time to talk though in detail exactly what you are looking for, and I will offer suggestions too if you’re in need of inspiration.

2️⃣ Then I get to work on doing all the research for you, so you don’t have the stress, overwhelm and hassle of spending hours of time trying to figure this out yourself. I love doing it and piercing everything together seamlessly designing perfectly crafted, often complex, itineraries for my clients. This is the most time consuming bit!

3️⃣ I will then come back with options I recommend. These options can be tweaked & changed as many times as needed until everything is just right.

4️⃣ Once booked you have the peace of mind that every element of your trip is 100% financially protected and when it comes to travel changes, forms, visas, insurance, I will be there to keep you fully informed of everything you need to be aware of.

5️⃣ I will upload all your documents to your complimentary MyTC portal & app so you can carry your holiday in your pocket & tick off the days to go with the countdown timer!

6️⃣ Before you go I will contact your hotel so that they know that VIPs are arriving! And I’m there for you 24/7 whilst you are away at the end of the phone for anything you need (with the support of my brilliant Duty Office whilst I’m asleep 💤)

You will not receive the care & attention that I take over your precious holiday and one of your most expensive purchases of the year anywhere else. I take real pride in ensuring that every single one of my clients, whatever their budget, receives the same high level of personal service and has a wonderful holiday full of amazing memories.

I’m self-employed and only get paid for my time, expertise and service once your booking is made and you have travelled.
