• Joined December 2016 As Project Manager for The 290,000m2 Spaceframe Order Secured, And Expected Standing Seam Roof Order at The Saudi/Jordanian Border Project – Nassab Contract Later Cancelled. Since 2018 Project Manager at KAIA Jeddah Completing the Lakesmere Arabia Works After the Company Went into Receivership. Nassab Were the Local Sponsor with No Previous Project Input but The High Value of Outstanding Works Warranted Completing the Project.
• Since March 2019 Project Senior Decision Maker After Resignation and Non Replacement of Project Director

• Joined October 2012 As Site Manager On 358,388m2 Kalzip Roof Project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as Part of the Advance Team to Set Up the Project: Duties Included RAMS, Drawing Approvals, Factory and Office Set Up, Local Suppliers Data Base, and Sourcing Workforce. In May 2013 I Undertook the Logistics Managers Roll, With Responsibilities for All Non-Construction Disciplines Which Included All Transportation, Shipping, Purchase Orders, Delivery, Accommodation, Labour Camp, Factory and Manufacturing, Scaffolding, Major Plant, Maintenance, And Stock. In January 2016 With Commencement of a Second Major Project I Became the Materials and Logistics Manager Arabia, And Set Up The KAIA Maintenance Hangers Project for Handover to The Site Manager at Project Commencement. In 2016 During A Time When Lakesmere Cashflow Was Resulting in Suppliers Not Being Paid, I Took the Opportunity to Transfer Directly to The Local Saudi Sponsors Company to Project Manage a Forthcoming Spaceframe Project They Had Secured. • Joined in 2000 As Project Manager for The New Build NPTLGH [Baglan Hospital] And Completed Around 140 Mainly New Build or Extension Roofing, Cladding/Façade/Curtain Wall Projects for Some of The UK Biggest Construction Companies. In 2010 After A Company Takeover I Became the Company Construction Manager Until the Company Entered Voluntary Receivership in February 2012.

• Joined as Branch Supervisor with Responsibility for Leading the Office Hire and Sale Activities, Before Being Appointed Depot Internal and External Hire and Sale Representative in 1994. Youngman Were The UK Largest Manufacturers and Suppliers of Aluminium Access Towers, Staging Boards, Ladders and Steps Plus Scaffold Pole Ladders.
