Island of Djerba
Photographed/flashed this in daylight and thought it would make sense if the Invader was reaching for the rising sun as it seemed likely the sun would come up over its shoulder. Started taking long exposure photos next morning from 20 mins before sun was above the horizon until about 20 minutes after. Took a bit of photoshop hammering and polishing to get this end result. It's the kind of thing that makes a good holiday great for a street art nut.
Anyone who has been there knows its a bit remote this one, lots of spooky weird things happen on the waters edge before the sun rises👻👻🐴🐰

The Graffoto review identified play as a theme in the murals' subject matter and locations.
On an estate in with the customary notices banning games and risk, 's ode to fun, a skater doing a kick flip off the speed ramp admirably disregards those prohibitions and connects sublimely with its location.

2024 officially ran September 5th - 29th
Graffoto officially posted its review yesterday, it starts with a bit of mural envy at the massive murals found in almost every city you visit. Except London.

If we were in the biz of handing out awards, at about 1 storey tall would probably get Most Monumental Biggest Small Mural.
It is also pretty much the most Easterly, so East that its actually off the paper edition of the map.
