Land Structure Ltd are looking to recruit 2 reliable, professional and ideally experienced landscape operatives.

1 role will be as a Maintenance Operative - operating basic maintenance machinery - hedge cutters, strimmers and mowers. Pruning works to planting areas and trees. Litter collection where needed. W**d treatments and removal (PA1 PA6 preferred)

The second role will be as a Landscape Operative - this being more of an install role. installing planting, turfing, new trees and other landscaping works. Experience is needed and CSCS card is preferred. Working on major building site installing works to high standards.

Both roles are to be discussed upon inquiring, this will include discussion of travel arrangements and hourly rates.

You will benefit by having - a clean full UK driving license, CSCS card, previous landscaping experience and holding any other construction certificates i.e. digger, dumper etc.

Experienced landscaper required.

Suffolk based company, looking for experienced professional to join the team. Cscs and other qualifications preferred but can be discussed.

A strong year with plenty of work ahead means we are looking for someone to join the team at our regional office. You will be full time and on the books. Depending on location travel to and from work can be arranged.

Grounds maintenance, landscaping installs soft and hard and general landscaping duties. Fencing, planting etc.

Experience is necessary and we are looking for a hard working and committed person, the role is immediately available.

Monday to Friday 0630-1630 hourly rate to be discussed.

We are currently looking to offer a 0 hours contract to the right person.

The position -

Maintenance operative. Full drivers licence required. Previous experience required and any other qualifications will prove to be beneficial.

Being good at Working with others is key as the works will be based on Camborne business park or Cambridge science park with our already active and busy site teams.

Grass and hedge cutting, pruning and minor tree works, litter picking and clearances, chemical and non chemical w**d clearance, gritting and snow clearing and much more.

Good communication and professional manner is essential. Uniform and PPE supplied, depending on location transport to and from site may be offered also. If not you will need to be able to be on either of the sites mentioned for 7am until 1630pm

Rates of pay will be discussed upon application.

We work on endless amounts of prestigious contracts and projects and we are now set to landscape the first UK Hydrogen filling station based at Cobham Services! The future of fuel for cars and we have designed the layout for the landscaping.

It's a large filling area continuing the landscaping that is already on the extra site. Set to be open to the public mid February and is just the start of many to be installed across the UK.

A job I personally carried out a few years ago now.

Health and safety would not allow this structure to be situated within the grounds of a nursery. Due to access we couldn't get a machine in so this was to carried out by hand work!!

Waste removed, new post and wire fence installed , cultivated leveled and dressed and then a fine lawn laid to provide a safe and large area for the children.

Colchester hospital, again the task was to create somewhere patients could go and sit whilst having visitors or when they just needed to be out side.
The site was made full secure with fencing, low maintenance spec with Astro turf and a lot of low maintenance planting along with plum slate to finish... very relaxing.

Task: to creat a peaceful and tranquil garden that students could enjoy in a private school located in Cambridge, so we did!!

Water features, benches and very extravagant planting left the school very pleased and with somewhere the students could relax during their breaks.

The Hadleigh Olympic mountain bike track wasn't safe for public use after the 2012 Olympics so a contractor, Morgan Sindall were brought in to develop the area into a country park with a bike shop and cafe area we had the job of planting the car parks and public areas, seeding all open spaces and planting some fine new trees! The park is visited by many through the year including myself, so when you are next down there stay off the grass :)

One of our latest projects has been the new premier tree houses located in the forest 🌳 for Centerparcs these tree houses are situated in a clearing amongst some really fine pines. We had the task of cultivating and seeding the open areas and locating new trees and shrubs to create a peaceful and relaxing landscaping to enjoy whilst sitting in your hot tub!
