An old tired staircase transformed in to a lovely oak combined with wrought iron spindles all coated up with Osmo clear oil to make it pop !!

Customer had a cracked tile in the kitchen area , so took out the tiles & refitted new on a full bed of adhesive (not spots aka cookies of adhesive )
