Have you ever been a member of a regular open gym before?

The type of gym where you sign up for a monthly fee and then you can go whenever you want.

It sounds great doesn't it being able to go whenever you want.

You'd think that these types of places would eliminate the tired old excuse for not exercising.........which is.........

"I don't have time."

But in my humble opinion these place don't work for many people because they fail to solve the biggest obstacle to getting fit.

Which is?

GETTING TO THE GYM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Most people have great intentions at the start of the day, but guess what as the day progresses motivation dwindles, things crop up at work (a good excuse for poor time management in my view), and the sofa becomes more appealing.

At Dillons we have 3 ways to dissolve the excuses and encourage attendance.

We are appointment based only. This means when you join we book all your sessions in for you. This gives you a structure to each week and stops you making excuses for not going. Over time this builds strong positive habits that align with your goals.
We make you accountable. If you don't show up we get in touch and ask where you were...it's because we care...we also re-test your body metrics every 8 weeks to keep you on track to what you said you wanted to achieve. Do this regularly and it's a sure fire way to hit your goals.

We have a community of like minded members. They say you are the product of the 5 people you hang out with the most. This is handy because our small groups have 6 participants! If you are in a group and you see someone a little further on in their journey than you are, it's extremely motivating....you can see that what you want to achieve is possible. Also over time these fellow members become friends that you don't want to let down....so it's a double whammy to help you succeed.
