We offer maximum flexibility, start whenever you want, work from home at a time convenient to you, following a comprehensive worksheet and a video, plus a designated tutor to support you along the way. After completing each recipe send your tutor a couple of pics using our App or Online Platform. Your tutor will send encouraging feedback after each recipe and at the end of the course will submit the required online assessor’s report, securing your Skills Section and a Skill For Life!

🎄🎄🌟🌟 Hoisin Sausages Super simple and very tasty! Ingredients 400g pork cocktail sausages 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 2 dsp clear honey 1 dsp mustard seeds or Dijon mustard Directions 1. Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. 2. Place the sausages in a large baking tray 3. Add the hoisin sauce, honey, mustard seed/mustard and mix until everything is really well coated 4. Bake for 25-30 mins until golden. Our Story

Egg & Soldiers Cookery was founded in 2012 by friends Jo Schuberth and Susannah Anderson who share a passion for all things food and cookery. Since then we have been teaching children to cook through clubs, workshops and online courses.

Our online cookery courses are ideal for any young person interested in learning to cook for their skills requirement of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. This is a fully supported, affordable, home based course, accessible to all, it is designed to engage and inspire participants whilst teaching an invaluable life skill.

We are delighted to be one of only a few Approved Activity Providers licensed by The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to teach cookery.
