Cromer is just a ten minute drive from Hare Cottage. Famous for its sandy beach, it’s pier and Pavilion Theatre variety show, it makes for a great family day out. The prom is also a great place for that early morning walk or run.

Hare Cottage is a dream we want to share

We’ve been visiting north Norfolk for nearly 10 years now. Over that time our extended family has grown, with new arrivals and pets, but we’ve still kept visiting. The great pubs, long walks, and endless beaches that delight no matter what the weather just compel you to return. And we’re very lucky - we live in beautiful Suffolk and that’s only a couple of hours away.

A couple of years ago we wondered if we could put down some more permanent roots in north Norfolk. Somewhere to visit that we could call our own, but which others could enjoy just as much. We actually had an amazing year, travelling to the coast every other weekend, exploring and getting to know all the different locations and what they had to offer. During that year, we realised that one day in the future we’d move here for good, but for now we too are welcome visitors, just as you can be.

We wanted everything on our doorstep, a pace of life that we could choose, and views and experiences that simply stop and make you think every day. Time to slow down and appreciate what we have, and what’s in front and around us. We've found that with Hare Cottage.
